Sagacious Sounds LLC curates and licenses AI-generated instrumental background music for hospitality venues. Music is created using licensed commercial subscriptions to platforms including Suno, Udio, Google Gemini/Lyria, and others.

2. Ownership & Copyright

• Provider does not own AI-generated compositions
• Rights belong to platform providers (Suno, Udio, Google, etc.)
• AI music may not qualify for copyright protection under current law
• You receive a limited use license during active subscription only

3. PRO-Free Guarantee ✓

No ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or equivalent performance rights licenses required for venue background music playback during active subscription.

4. License Scope — Background Music Only

License terminates immediately upon subscription cancellation. No surviving rights.

5. Cultural Inspiration Disclosure

Some compositions use prompts inspired by global musical atmospheres. All output is original AI-generated instrumental music for commercial background use. No claim of cultural authenticity or ownership of traditional forms.

6. Platform Dependency

If AI platforms change terms or suspend service, you receive pro-rata refund. Provider not liable for platform disruptions.
